HOW TO COOK YOUR BROOKLYN BURGER:
Put your frozen patty on a preheated grill (325°-350° F) or pan (medium to high heat).
Cook on one side until golden brown and slightly charred for approximately 3-4 minutes (for medium to medium rare) or 4-6 minutes (for well done), flip over and cook on second side for the same time.
To keep burgers juicy , DO NOT press during cooking.
Make sure it reaches an internal temperature of 160° F.
Serve on a bun or eat like a steak.
